Hazrat Ali (RA)
ʿAlī said: The Prophet ﷺ said to me:
“O ʿAlī, perform wuḍūʾ thoroughly, even if it is difficult for you; do not consume charity; do not mate a donkey with a horse; and do not sit with astrologers.”
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا عَلِيُّ أَسْبِغْ الْوُضُوءَ وَإِنْ شَقَّ عَلَيْكَ وَلَا تَأْكُلْ الصَّدَقَةَ وَلَا تُنْزِ الْحَمِيرَ عَلَى الْخَيْلِ وَلَا تُجَالِسْ أَصْحَابَ النُّجُومِ.
