Testimony That Muhammad ﷺ is Allah’s Servant and Messenger

Hadith
Ibn ʿUmar reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Islam is built upon five pillars: the testimony that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger; the establishment of Salah; the giving of Zakat; Hajj to the House (the Kaʿbah); and fasting during the month of Ramadan.”
Muttafaqun ʿAlayhi (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)

Ponder This Hadith

If the Imamat were also a pillar of belief for Muslims, would the Prophet ﷺ not have included the testimony that “Ali and his descendants are the Imams of the believers, and that they alone are permitted to interpret or override the Quran” among this list?

Why is it missing?
