If You Do Not Find Me, Go To Abu Bakr

Hadith
Jubayr ibn Mut’im reported: A woman came to the Prophet ﷺ and he ordered her to return another time. She said, “What if I come and I do not find you?” It was as if she wanted to say, “What if I find you dead?” The Prophet said, “If you do not find me, go to Abu Bakr.”

Ponder This Hadith

If Imamat was true, why would the Prophet ﷺ not have taught her about the role of the Imams and instructed her to follow Hazrat Ali after him in all matters?
